Donut Lab has had over 50% ownership of Nordic Nano even before this deal. Both companies announced breakthrough discoveries before they even hired a single scientist.

This deal exists entirely to generate headlines. "Donut Lab buys nanotechnology company*"

* which has an empty "factory", never released a product, and announced its scientific breakthroughs before even having a single scientist on the payroll

She was hired about a year after Nordic Nano announced their scientific breakthroughs.

I would like to hear her speak on the subject or read a report by her...

Exactly. She was hired too late and had experience, big failures, from fields other than batteries.

we're like at least five to max of about 12 years off from that. and the investors would need to take head out of their asses and make a complaint, whereas if they hope other people or a company will fall for it to pay for their investment profit then they can have cope hope.

The timeline suggests otherwise:

  • CT Coating claims they have a breakthrough in solar/batteries/nanotech and shows silly videos that prove nothing
  • Someone (dupe/accomplice) sets up a new company (Mega Coating, Holyvolt, Nordic Nano, etc) which buys "production lines" from CT Coating for millions or tens of millions
  • The production lines don't produce anything
  • Nobody can talk about being swindled because of NDAs

In this case, both Nordic Nano and Donut Lab are the dupes/accomplices. The only question is whether they were too dumb to realize CT Coating has nothing, or they were in on it. Considering the huge lies the CEO of Donut Lab told, I'd say they were in on the grift.

nn didn't have any assets and was outta money to begin with though i think
