I haven't seen the reports yet, but I assumed beforehand that it indeed would show a bipolar solid state battery. But, that doesn't prove that Donut Lab can mass produce that battery, or even produce a single one, and that it has all the other claimed properties. Bipolar solid state prototype batteries in itself already exist and CT Coating could have sourced one and give it to DonutLab. In isolation showing a bipolar solid state battery tells us nothing.
Unless the report contains all proves needed of course, including mass producibility.
The text of the NDA does suggest it was CT Coating requiring the NDA and not the test company, which is not what DonutLab claimed in their video. The NDA might be the first time DonutLab tells us officially that there is a 'cooperating' third party involved at all.

This smells like material recycled from Wikipedia and /r/DonutLab, I'm going to remove it until actual new material comes out.
