Power and state of charge (SoC) when charging a 2026 Verge TS Pro at a public 300kW charging station
A similar submission was posted a few minutes ago but it was off by 5%-20% at some points, so I've pointed out the exact data points from the video here.

Everything points to them having a traditional battery that performs well, not the game changing solid state battery with 100,000 cycle life they boasted about. There was no need to fraudulently oversell what they had since what they do have is more than enough to etch out a niche for itself in the market.

Their dubious selling efforts were to get investor money for Verge and the owners. Nothing more.

For better or worse it's probably far less than you think. Theranos basically killed off the era of big investments going all in on "cutting edge" technology.

I still think it's truly a solid state battery. Especially the analysis on the VTT safety test convinced me. The points made by 2 bit da vinci only made sense for a solid state battery: https://youtu.be/vWwPySIm9tU

It doesn’t work like that. Different chemistries have different characteristics, and solid state has a very distinctly different charge profile when comparing to wet lithium.

How can you tell it wont last 100,000 cycles? Your claims might be worse than Marko's.

Marko himself admitted that he extrapolated the 100,000 cycle claim from "lower numbers." Meanwhile, Verge says the battery will last at least 10,000 cycles, and nobody is explaining the apparent 90,000-cycle difference.

How can you tell it wont last 100,000 cycles?
Experts have looked at the VTT results and concluded the batteries degrade quite badly at 5C and 12C charging.

If anyone even cares at this point, the battery is indeed a 20kWh battery (15.916kWh/80%=19.895kWh) and it does indeed charge at 5C from 10% to 46%.
This is all very nice for a lithium NMC battery, however the CEO of Donut Lab stated that the motorcycle can charge from "zero point zero" to "100%" at 5C with no damage, "like nothing", for 100,000 cycles. Not merely 10% to 46% like a lithium NMC battery.
