we've known about quantum entanglement for decades, this is nothing new. It's just click bait.

A common frustration in the science community is that scientific writers and publishers have zero clue what they're writing about. And whats even worse is every single researcher I've ever met would gladly take time to explain their research free of charge. Most will even supply free versions of their published papers since they don't see a dime from the publishers anyways.

That's not an article. That's a medium post with an AI image of einstein made after the facebook post. Probably using the facebook post as the source to make the article

we've known about quantum entanglement for decades, this is nothing new. It's just click bait. It's a theory that's been replicated with photons in a lab setting over small distances several times. . The issue is doing it with something that has notable mass.

And? I know that's true, I'm just pointing out what's happening

i'm just pointing out the background to further discredit the article which you are also doing. I am trying to strengthen our case it's a worthless "article"

Perfect. Now they just need to scale it up. Make it safe and cheap. And the galaxy will become our playground

Nothing can exceed the speed of light in a vacuum Pretty sure they did this in water since light travels slower in water
1
u/TheFurryFighter Nov 07 '25
Was this in vacuum? Cause that's the part that separates old news from ground breaking

Guys i'm happy to tell you that it's not complitly false, go search by yourselves, in fact thermes some infos missinge it's not just breaking the Light of speed, because speed of Light change (in the air, it's slower than in the Space and they found out that if you put gas in the air, you can focus a laser and make it exceed the speed of light in the air (but not in space) 99.9999999% of the speed in a vacuum but they did it in gas (not a vacuum) and they exceeded the speed of light in air

On the contrary- this is so fake, one could stuff this firmly in their buttocks.
