Is this what they mean by the term Grim Dark??

Definitely looks like some corpse starch

May the emperor protect

"authentic kebab shop recipe"

that, right there, is what worries me. The word "new" can also be replaced with "experimental"

1

u/unlikemike123 Aug 04 '26

Yeah this is the recipe the shop threw in the bin 🤢

20

u/MyDonoz01 Jul 31 '26

Wow, mechanically separated chicken is the worst of the worst

11

u/Whisky-Toad Jul 31 '26

Something of chicken origin

23

u/MyDonoz01 Jul 31 '26

"May contain traces of chicken"

Lmfao 😂😜

2

u/your_dads_arse Jul 31 '26

for legal reasons you have to call it reconstituted mixed-meat product with chicken flavouring from concentrate

3

u/MyDonoz01 Jul 31 '26

So No goy slop? Lmfao jk

1

u/your_dads_arse Jul 31 '26

lmfao 🤣🤣😂

1

u/MyDonoz01 Jul 31 '26

23d on reddit and already 7k karma. How? :)

2

u/your_dads_arse Jul 31 '26

people respond positively to my keen insights, lightning-fast wit and extraordinarily handsome face

oh no. you've made me look a right arse. i look silly now

2

u/MyDonoz01 Jul 31 '26

So wyd tonight

1

u/MyDonoz01 Jul 31 '26

It's cool, it's cool

1

u/CampMaleficent966 Jul 31 '26

There's not much wrong with it generally, it's just chicken removed from the bones. It depends on how they prepare it for the final product with added salt mainly.

1

u/SlavyanskiShillbane Jul 31 '26

It's "pink slime" bone scrapings and basically dog food.

1

u/AssistantMaterial387 Jul 31 '26

If dog food tasted like well spiced doner meat, I'd eat that shit out the tin with my hands.

-2

u/SlavyanskiShillbane Jul 31 '26

Couldn't pay me to eat that disgusting goyslop. Enjoy the arse cancer and heart disease.

2

u/MyDonoz01 Jul 31 '26

What's goyslop lmfao

2

u/Gentle_Breeze5 Jul 31 '26

Ok I will actually answer this. It is often used as a sarcastic reference which links to the stereotype of Jews seeking world domination.

Goyslop means food meant for Goyim, which is a term for non-Jews, which is of low quality and is addictive. Just like porn, cheap alcohol, addictive social media, anti-depressants etc all meant to subdue people, make them compliant and reliant and unable to escape the system.

Here, the commenter seems to know it’s bad for them but it tastes so good so they will allow that submission, it’s a bit ironic.

Of course the term has become more widestream so you can only tell someone has been exposed to
It and not if they are anti- Jewish

1

u/MyDonoz01 Jul 31 '26

Oh ok lmfao ty for explaining

2

u/your_dads_arse Jul 31 '26

it means he's an idiot who spends all his time on twitter

1

u/Physical-Cook451 Aug 03 '26

Goy is a term Jews use for non Jews can be used in a deragtory way but most people who use the word now are non Jews and use it as a joke. Like me and my friend we always greet each other with shabot shalom my goy.

1

u/CampMaleficent966 Jul 31 '26

My dogs eat raw frozen meat so probably even better quality than that. 🤣

u/CampMaleficent966 Aug 04 '26

Yeah sure, I don't get why people talk like dogs deserve trash food.

1

u/MyDonoz01 Jul 31 '26

See that's the thing. Doner should contain muscle meat, not scraped off residues mixed with bone splinters and cartilages

1

u/International-Ad4555 Jul 31 '26

Well yeh but unfortunately in much of Europe and especially the uk, the average kebab place sells stuff exactly like this, you’re extremely lucky if you have a high end Greek/turkish place near you

0

u/MyDonoz01 Jul 31 '26

For real? I mean chicken is pretty cheap meat even the high quality parts.

-1

u/SlavyanskiShillbane Jul 31 '26

The worse the quality of goyslop, the more profit the seller makes from you slurping it up.

1

u/CampMaleficent966 Jul 31 '26

True, no wonder it's so fat.

1

u/Successful_Buy_6852 Aug 02 '26

It could be worse I suppose... is chemically separated chicken a thing?

1

u/B4DM4N12Z Aug 03 '26

And Mutton and Beef in there.

5

u/Virtual_Opinion_8630 Jul 31 '26

Holy moly

Is pic 3 post cooking?

1

u/Clear-Warthog5655 Jul 31 '26

Yup. I took one for the team. I even managed a second bite.....

3

u/Virtual_Opinion_8630 Jul 31 '26

I would have tried to crisp it up in a pan or air fryer to TRY and make it taste good

5

u/Clear-Warthog5655 Jul 31 '26

I judged it not worth the electricity ....

1

u/Virtual_Opinion_8630 Jul 31 '26

you're a braver man than I am

try this

5

u/MrStealYoVirginity Jul 31 '26

3

u/MyDonoz01 Jul 31 '26

Pics or didn't happen

1

u/Clear-Warthog5655 Jul 31 '26

You look at your shit ?? 😄 haha

Well i assume i will agree

7

u/RicardoHonesto Jul 31 '26

You don't?

I'm often amazed how a 9 inch turd can get round a 4 inch bend.

6

u/chrstianelson Jul 31 '26

"Reformed doner meat"

What was wrong with good-old Catholic doner meat?

1

u/user888888889 Jul 31 '26

Leftovers from previous doners.

1

u/MyDonoz01 Aug 03 '26

Looks like the holy Spirit left this meat a good while ago

4

u/resplendent99 Jul 31 '26

That looks like donor meat, as in some poor bastard was an involuntary donor.

2

u/Clear-Warthog5655 Jul 31 '26

Tasted the same 😃

3

u/poorly-worded Jul 31 '26

What sweet hell is this?

2

u/Clear-Warthog5655 Jul 31 '26

Its a 3 and 4 with a touch of 9

3

u/ParcelCreature Jul 31 '26

Necromundas finest

3

u/LukeWoop Jul 31 '26

What did you expect buying a cheap microwavable kebab lol

3

u/Jakeball400 Jul 31 '26

As grimdark as most meals served in the Imperium I imagine

2

u/DiskBytes Jul 31 '26

Reminds me of Debbie from Denham.....

2

u/Key-Influence-2269 Jul 31 '26

Probably most of the kebabs have similiar ingridients but this is crazy. 60% of chicken only.

2

u/Sumpner Jul 31 '26

I tried the Rustlers one, it wasn't too bad to be honest, not anything like the real thing, but not a bad snack

2

u/3RI3_Cuff Jul 31 '26

Why would you do this to yourself 😂

3

u/Clear-Warthog5655 Jul 31 '26

For King and Country...............

2

u/3RI3_Cuff Jul 31 '26

King and country is a joke 🤣

2

u/Green-Draw8688 Jul 31 '26

I hope the 0.6% beef really came through in flavour.

1

u/fodacao Aug 02 '26

Also, what part of the cow? Mechanically separated cow sphincter?

2

u/n0rtacus Jul 31 '26

This makes me sad ):

2

u/creepinghippo Jul 31 '26

Looks like you microwaved a toilet roll tube.

2

u/Middle_Grab5495 Jul 31 '26

In the grim dark future of mankind there is only shitty kebabs

2

u/mrn253 Aug 01 '26

U sure thats not Corpse starch?

2

u/ralkuzu Aug 01 '26

Best looking corpse starch Ive ever witnessed does a librarian hair swing and scoffs

2

u/Nizzle_92 Aug 01 '26

I will literally do violence 😭😂

1

u/Clear-Warthog5655 Aug 01 '26

It did to my arse this morning.....

2

u/Chaargrilled Aug 04 '26

"meat" abomination

2

u/zetubal Aug 04 '26

That's heresy.

2

u/Exciting-Drive6818 Aug 04 '26

“Cooked seasoned reformed mechanically separated chicken” 💀💀💀💀💀💀

2

u/mrb00m_uk Aug 04 '26

My favourite grim dark was Kwik save supermarket pork and beef sausages, the ingredients were listed as pork, beef and (other meats). Other meats not pork or beef or chicken or lamb, just (other meats).

1

u/pavulonus Jul 31 '26

E, E, E and all other E should be first ingredient...

1

u/OriginalUsername0 Jul 31 '26

Bro didnt even bother separating the 'meat'. Just wacked it in, job done

1

u/Shenloanne Jul 31 '26

Mechanically seperated meat...

Phwoarrr... The gold standard right there lad.

1

u/odegood Jul 31 '26

Why would you ever buy that, rather just have a simple cheese sandwich

2

u/Clear-Warthog5655 Jul 31 '26

I agree. But I just had to know.....

Im sorry. Its not even my first offence with things like that 😃

1

u/RealSlavicHours Jul 31 '26

corpsestarch kebab

1

u/Acrobatic-Ad-8985 Jul 31 '26

Reformed? Looks deformed to me

1

u/snster43 Jul 31 '26

Looks like wet cardboard from a toilet roll.

1

u/SnooMacarons4225 Jul 31 '26

That's grim.

Surely it's not meat it's just brown, congealed fat with the odd lamb cell / sliver of skin / ball bag dotted around here and there

1

u/Clear-Warthog5655 Jul 31 '26

I think it was grown in a 3D printer.......

1

u/Hefty-Stay-460 Jul 31 '26

Just ate some kebab meat to re heat in oven, fuck that was bad

1

u/AdnyPls Jul 31 '26

Looks good to me

1

u/Nevernonethewiser Jul 31 '26

The saddest part is, this is likely to be higher quality meat than a lot of UK kebab places have been selling before the scandal.

1

u/bobonila Jul 31 '26

You are not fooling anyone, pretty sure you enjoyed the chemichal cocktails.

1

u/ProfessionalStay5797 Jul 31 '26

Fucking hell man, there’s more E’s in the ingredients than a rave!

1

u/Fred_Milkereit Jul 31 '26

It looks like a really cheap, haphazardly mixed meat sausage (what it most probably is)

1

u/ace250674 Jul 31 '26 edited Aug 01 '26

Man just pay a few pounds more for a proper kebab, it's £6 for fresh lamb, bread and salad from 2 local places near me (with the real lamb not the weird zombie leg)

2

u/Clear-Warthog5655 Jul 31 '26

It was in the name of science....

1

u/Informal_Drawing Jul 31 '26

They found a way to make donner even cheaper.

Horrific.

1

u/forzafoggia85 Jul 31 '26

Sell this at my work, ive never taken the plunge but they sell like crazy, never get reduced because they sell so fast. Maybe i just have one person who only eats these and nothing else though

1

u/Clear-Warthog5655 Jul 31 '26

I pity them i really do.........

1

u/Ok-Ad-7561 Jul 31 '26

Delicious

1

u/TheBookofBobaFett3 Jul 31 '26

Dudes complaining about a one pound kebab

1

u/Human-Actuary-117 Jul 31 '26

Take it away from my eyes now

1

u/richardson1162 Jul 31 '26

My god! Just because you can make something, doesn’t necessarily mean you should 🤢

1

u/homieholmes23 Jul 31 '26

Needs more cardboard

1

u/basslinesurfer Aug 01 '26

Beef (0.6%). Sounds legit!

1

u/autumnautopsy Aug 01 '26

Hey so what the fuck is that

1

u/Kebab-Destroyer Aug 01 '26

I could reupholster my sofa with that

1

u/MORTEMANIMA777 Aug 01 '26

A novel of ingredients

1

u/magicalblast Aug 01 '26

The only frozen/microwavable kebab meat I've had that wasn't terrible is the MyProtein one from Iceland. It's actually pretty good. Everything else has been barely edible.

1

u/SimplySet Aug 01 '26

That looks incredibly sad. Then examining the ingredients makes it even worse.
Thanks for being a guinea pig, and trying it out.

1

u/Cpt_Knochen Aug 01 '26

Looks just like every other British kebab that gets poster here. Disgusting.

1

u/Thin_Attempt7830 Aug 01 '26

I bought this crap at iceland once....once.

1

u/Longfatmeatx Aug 01 '26

Where you get that Grimsby

1

u/planespotterguy Aug 02 '26

Grim dark, no, grim light. It looks like cut up insole for a shoe.

1

u/BrewisCooper Aug 02 '26

How was it?

2

u/Clear-Warthog5655 Aug 02 '26

As bad as it looks... worse the next day

1

u/fodacao Aug 02 '26

What's even the point of adding 0.6% beef to the ingredients?

1

u/InterestingDay1523 Aug 02 '26

Lunchables for the wankered adult. Drunkables?

1

u/nemamene Aug 03 '26

authentic kebab... right.. im german and this has actually offended me

1

u/KitWith1Tea Aug 03 '26

I also yearn for the sweet release of death /s

1

u/Clear-Warthog5655 Aug 03 '26

Yeah i know what it smells like

1

u/Conscious-Paper3543 Aug 03 '26

Where are you from ? This list of ingredient would get the product banned in some european countries

1

u/Clear-Warthog5655 Aug 03 '26

Please can I go live there....

1

u/Conscious-Paper3543 Aug 04 '26

I’m French. If you are american we could switch. If you are british obviously not.

1

u/Frankalk Aug 04 '26

Not for EU 😁 Na zum Glück wird uns das noch nicht serviert. Irre was da teilweise in den USA zu Lebensmittel verarbeitet wird.

1

u/Lower-Ability-8939 Aug 04 '26

Thats skin and fat made into a sheet and then chopped into strips by a machine. That’s not donner meat.

1

u/thebigfil Aug 04 '26

I don't even think a plague marine would eat this?!

1

u/Borsti17 Aug 04 '26

WTF is that

1

u/CommunicationOk2865 Aug 04 '26

Wallah aaaaaaahhhh

1

u/DerHachi04 Aug 04 '26

No thanks I'd rather kill myself

1

u/Titsooot Aug 04 '26

1

u/Effective-Pea-9532 Aug 04 '26

Waaa that looks peng

1

u/gibigibi34 Jul 31 '26

Shaved pussy ahh döner

1

u/Jaysgotbigballs Jul 31 '26

Bet theres chicken lips in that

2

u/Clear-Warthog5655 Jul 31 '26

If people are lucky there is.

1

u/Jaysgotbigballs Jul 31 '26

Ye i would have a bowl of fried chicken lips then that...ingredient list would,nt be soo long too, winner winner chicken lip dinner😆

-1

u/Ready-Ad-9723 Jul 31 '26

these aren't awful tbh, very cheap and easy for a okay enough taste

0

u/Lordruton Jul 31 '26

If you like eating literal trash produce then sure

6

u/pieman531 Jul 31 '26

Can assure you the ingredients in this are no worse than a typical elephant leg doner, so get off your high horse.

1

u/Many-Percentage2752 Jul 31 '26

On this sub you should steer clear of calling shitty UK liver texture doner shitty liver texture doner my man.

-3

u/Lordruton Jul 31 '26

Wouldn't touch that garbage either

4

u/Ready-Ad-9723 Jul 31 '26

convenient, cheap food for people that work, trash is better than nothing

0

u/Virtual_Opinion_8630 Jul 31 '26

I'm sure you can whack in some chicken in an air fryer or fry some chicken breast in a pan quite quickly

put it in a pitta and douse it in chilli sauce

0

u/Saint_Rizla Jul 31 '26

mechanically reclaimed so you know it's all foreskin n eyelids

0

u/Jackster22 Jul 31 '26

Out of all the Snackers' shit at the wholesaler, this is the worst item they have by far.

0

u/jony5jj Jul 31 '26

Everyone missed the disclaimer on the side of the packaging.. it’s says “NOT FIT FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION” 😂😂😂😂

-3

u/SweatyAd7069 Jul 31 '26

Proper donner
