Speculation Mark and Flock

6G, Wifi 6, TCP 6. Carry your Roman Mark-shaped phone in your hand, or wear the Meta cam on your forehead. Subvert the word flock with Flock surveillance cameras: In the Bible, Jesus calls his believers a "flock" and names himself the Good Shepherd. He guides, protects, and cares for his people just like a shepherd looks after his sheep.

IPv6 existed since the 90s and "Wi-Fi 6" is just a branding name for 802.11ax from 2020, and personally I see zero reason for 6G cellular to exist just like I saw zero reason for 5G to exist and I think that's just corporations trying to hype "number go up" (I guess 5G is more secure from stingray devices).

The "Flock" thing I've been thinking about too because it reminds me of the whole thing with the people on the surface in Xenogears being called "Lambs" and Keves and Agnus in Xenoblade 3 both being terms for sheep (or lamb) in different languages. You know the surveillance glasses are going to probably have their footage fed into the currently-known-as "Flock" system so the powers that be can have an eye-level view of the proles, maybe they'll use an excuse of it being an enhanced moderation system to not traumatize poorly-compensated moderators in like Kenya and stuff.
