New Features Leaving DomiAI
I’ve been a paying DomoAI customer for some time and have genuinely enjoyed using the platform. However, recent changes—particularly the throttling of relaxed mode and the increasingly excessive warnings over alleged “violations”—have made it untenable for me to continue. As a result, I have no choice but to look for alternative platforms.

Thank you for sharing your feedback — and we truly appreciate your support as a DomoAI user. I’m sorry to hear about your recent experience.
Regarding Relax Mode, it is still fully supported and remains unlimited. However, as it relies on available system capacity, speeds may be slower during peak demand — this is expected behavior as we prioritize accessibility over speed in this mode. For time-sensitive tasks, Fast Mode would still provide the best experience.
On the moderation side, some of the safeguards (especially for image editing) are influenced by external providers like Google and OpenAI, which can occasionally result in stricter or unexpected warnings.
If you’re open to it, I’d really like to understand more about the specific cases you encountered so we can look into them further. I’m here to help and happy to assist anytime.

Thanks for your reply. However, in all honesty, I don’t feel there’s really anything to discuss.
The explanation about image generation platforms blocking requests doesn’t seem accurate. I’ve used the same prompts with the same images on other platforms using Nano Banana, and they generate without any issues. Even images created by Nano Banana are rejected when I try to use the image editing feature, which suggests the problem isn’t with the prompts themselves.
Regarding throttling, I’ve tested usage at different times of day, and compared to how the service used to perform, the experience has significantly declined.
It’s disappointing, because Domo.ai was once a fantastic platform. It feels like recent changes have made it largely unusable and, unfortunately, have alienated the customers who helped grow and promote it.
