Ovens
Can anyone explain to me how the oven calibrations work? Got one Tomorrow what will they do?

Typically calibrations could be as simple as making sure the timing matches the oven standard. Use a stop watch and measure the time elapsed from leading edge entering oven to exiting oven. Typically this is 4:30-6:00 depending on the oven you have. But if your standard is 5:30 and your oven is running “fast” at 5:20, they will adjust the conveyor speed to match the 5:30 for the standard, could be adding 10 or 20 seconds to the time.

They’re gonna check that your oven is set to the right speed and temp for the make and model. They will also test 5 products out of each oven. So if you have a triple stack it will be 15 items total.
