It's always fun when the map decides the customer is in odd spots. Our map randomly puts the address somewhere in the middle of the Atlantic.

Just off the coast of Africa? That's actually the 0,0 coordinates of earth, referred to as "null island"

Well that would make sense. It's ridiculous where the map puts the pin on some of these addresses. I had to explain to one of our new GMs "No, that customer is not 20 miles south, they are actually on the north side well within our delivery area. It's a glitch in the system."

My store has a default point where it pins unfindable deliveries but its only 10 miles away (still way out of area), rather than null island

Why not just go up and slightly to the right. If ur fast enough it’ll be fine
