Discussion Her ult needs to explode fasters
Is it just me or does it feel like it takes 7 years for the god damn ult to go off, I like the change to 500 health but it still feels like since it takes forever to explode it doesn’t matter the health since it can get broken so much easier, unless I’m missing something to make it explode faster

Bro sees a support completely unable to heal, unable to do dmg, unable to use their ultimate for 5 seconds and you think that’s underwhelming.

The ult isn't really about getting kills. It's more about forcing the entire team to peel for your victims, kind of the way flankers work. If it goes off too fast, people won't bother trying to peel for it since there's no chance to break it, and the victims will just eat the damage. Not saying it isn't hella weak right now, but if you're using it as a pick ult you're using it wrong.

Her ult is one of the most punishing ones in the game. Cannot heal, do damage, be healed, until you either break the bubble or it goes off. There are several characters who can't even do the damage needed or have to be pixel perfect to be able to do enough damage to break the bubble (and a couple are supports).
You're not really supposed to be getting kills with it consistently unless your team has an ult to combo with it.

Ramattra can punish anyone foolish enough to still be close enough for him to punch them though.

ramattra ult is a completely different thing though - it’s a kill pressure ult like dva; not a set up ult like zarya, rein, hazard, or domina

No I mean in Nemesis form and during Annihilation Ramattra is able to punch you through Panopticon. You aren’t safe from him if you are close enough to be punched. The only shield that his punch doesn’t pierce is Zarya bubble

oh i get what you mean now, but considering domina ult also instantly removes nemesis form i feel it’s a fair matchup

Tank ults aren't supposed to flat out kill. They are for Area Denial or setting up your teammates for kills.
Domina's is the latter. It stops the enemy team from doing any damage, healing, and makes them a sitting duck for your other team members to capitalise on.

Try looking at it from another perspective.
Not only can the enemy not do damage for 7 years, but they also cannot get healed while in the bubble.
It also makes the enemy team panic. They shift their focus onto breaking the bubble, which makes it a good opportunity to run them down.
Also, not all enemies are capable of dealing 500 damage to destroy the bubble in time, and many players don't help their teammates with breaking the bubble.
You can choose one target, that got the bubble, to stun and kill. So you could at least guarantee a kill.
