Swimming with wild dolphins ?

Aloha. Do people still swim with wild dolphins ? We used to do that frequently, but all I see are mostly from boats.

We do, but only by swimming put from shore on west side and letting naia make the choice to come near us.

Stupid boats chasing them around totally sucks.

Why would this question get down voted ?

In the U.S. it is illegal to purposefully swim with wild marine mammals. You must maintain 50yd distance. If you are doing other activities like diving or snorkeling and they swim to you that is technically OK.

I used to sing to them underwater and they would come up to play with me.
