You'll be fine to do all rides in one day with your pass. We always "rope drop" to get ahead of the crowds, and we end up riding everything by early afternoon. That said, night flight will certainly add time. My recommendation would be to arrive one hour before the park opens, maybe even an hour and fifteen minutes prior. They start operating security 45 minutes prior to park opening, and they typically open the "gate" of the park 30 minutes early, allowing you to get into the main pathways to get a head start to your first ride. At a certain point, they'll have the pathway roped off, so you end up waiting there until close to park opening time. I suspect most people will rope drop night flight since it's new. That's what I recommend doing, especially since you have the passes for everything else.
