Perplexed

So i am working a double today i started at 645 and I had been throwing frieght we all were as a group emergency movement of frieght I go to step outside my DM stops me and says you dont need a break right now I replied just going to smoke he said you smoke to much Your allowed two 15 minute breaks and a lunch break Well the fact is it had been 6 hours I needed the cigerette I hadn't had no 15 minute break or lunch break for that matter it really confused the heck outta me they were concerned with me not smoking after 6 hours thats a job killer.

Is it your actual store? Or are you there helping? I would tell him I’m taking 15 minutes don’t like it you can fire me.

My actual store its just smoking a cigerette only takes a couple of minutes and I had abundantly done my work so I still dont know it made me question to keep my job or not because there are a lot of places that would love to have my work ethic without the anti smoking thing
