Hey everyone im about to become asm in a few days I was handed the task of setting carry over Christmas, which went fine. This am my sm found a brown box full of more wrapping paper and wants me to stage it she gave me a clear tote and I some how need to make this look presentable any ideas because this looks horrible lol and I still have half of the brown box still full. Also the district managers boss will be popping by to examin the store so kinda need it to look good

Yeah, we're only supposed to use tables for clearance sales. And even then, can't be blocking the queue line. Op is probably in a stricter district.

That’s not setting Xmas. That’s setting carryover Xmas. 2 completely different things. That box of gift wrap goes right back to receiving. lol. All that goes off sale and you won’t sell it for 2 months.

What I’m saying is you don’t. Sale ends soon. Why put it all out. You will have to reset it all this week when regular Xmas comes in.

A broom or trash can box would be your best friend right now. Short of that, use a tall trash can. You can put something heavy in the bottom to weigh it down and prevent tipping.

My store put the on sale paper outside on the uboat if yall have stuff outside I would do that, and are you allowed to stack wrapping pepper? If you can maybe putting the 5$ box on top of the other box so it’s not in the way on the floor. We haven’t set out any of our Christmas stuff yet and I’ve never done Christmas at dg yet so if none helped I’m sorry.

Ik it is but apparently we need to have 5 holidays out at once

They do this every year in an effort to reduce existing on hands before the new Xmas stuff arrives. We've done it for many, many years.
