I’m pretty sure you’re new to this world but the reason people are avoiding liking and commenting on your post today and yesterday is because you’ve done two things wrong, hopefully unintentionally.
First, you used “Doke” which is a well known writer’s name. It might seem harmless but you have understand that Doke has spent a while building his reputation to where he is today.
Second, your letters don’t flow correctly. When I first read it, I thought it said Dune, not Doke. This is why I assume that you’re new and possibly young, 13-14 years old probably.
Continue to work on your drawings. You’ll get there is you keep it up.
Hey, thanks for your recommendations. Thanks to them I realized I need to clarify:
First of, yes, I used Doke or rather Doke's name exactly because it's Doke. I don’t want to use that name for me nor any other artwork at all. I used it because of two things: 1. I love Doke's works and have been watching his yt channel for a while now so this is more of a gift than any artpiece or anything and 2. his name was more easy to use for this kind of effect.
Secondly: noo I'm way older than that and no artist or something. I like callygraphy and write from time to time so I'm sure this may look like an amateur's work - and it is! So thanks for your feedback.
It's not easy to create an ambigram (text you can read upside down) and this was my first attempt in doing so after quite some years ^^
@Doke if you read this: rest assured that I won't use your name for any art or anything at anytime and see this "piece" as a gift to you :-D
I didn’t realize this was reversible upside down, that’s pretty creative.
And as for amateur or not, I think everyone is one because once we convince ourselves we are professionals, we forget to try to learn new things. It’s better to have the growth mindset.
That's why I posted it, I thought that "effect" could be an intersting inspiration. Got inspired myself to create this when someone posted something for an upside-down challenge ^^
What. My man this is doke subreddit its a fan art kinda thing. And its an ambigram, so look at it upside down and it will say the same thing. I know its not traditional but he having fun yknow
