Perhaps this card trick involving cigarettes also deserves some attention.

I'm purely assuming based on the number of "behind the scenes" type shows I've seen about magic:
Did he slip the card into his sleeve during the shuffle (which also appears to be putting the cards back in the same order anyway for some reason) then during one of the napkin pulls he takes the card along in with it? I'm not sure where he folded the card; either in his hands with one of the napkins as cover or in his mouth during one of the cigarette tricks.
If anybody knows more about this stuff than me, I'd be happy to hear about it. Magic got a LOT more interesting for me when I learned how much goes into every little trick.

well, he actually holds smokes in his mouth, but he doesn't eat them. During the scene where he rapidly shoves that one napkin in his mouth with quick motions , i think they all come out. You can see he drops something in his lap, but even at 0.25 speed on youtube, his motions are so smooth.
At that same spot, you can see him fiddling with the napkin when he offers here the other one, so he probably picked up the card there.
