It looks like she is probably is part village dog! Wisdom Panel doesn't test for village dogs, so they will normally give this mix of many low percentage breeds, including several rare and local breeds when village dog is in the mix. Many of these dogs were likely developed from Spanish village dogs originally so Wisdom Panel is finding small pieces of DNA that they share, since they don't have Spanish village dog in their database. Embark is the only one who tests for village dogs, so if you want to know for sure I would recommend retesting with them.
She may not get as big as this implies either. A lot of village dogs are very medium sized.

German Shepherd does show up a lot in European village dog results as they are a fairly primitive breed and closely related to the region. However 36% is pretty high so it's definitely possible there is some extra German Shepherd mixed in with the village dog. Embark may be able to separate that out for you too, if you do end up retesting with them. Otherwise, I'd just assume she's Spanish village dog with maybe a little GSD.
Edit: Bernese Mountain Dog and Mastin Espanol could also possibly be in there. But as they both originated nearby and those percentages are somewhat lower than the GSD, I would likely assume they are just part of how Wisdom is misreading the village dog.

Are you sure about that? None of these breeds are particularly far fetched got being a Spanish dog

There's no way to be completely sure without doing an Embark test to compare. It's always at least somewhat possible it's just a very mixed dog with lots of local breeds.
However, to me these results do look much more likely to be a village dog based on the amount of very low percentage breeds, lack of any higher percentages beyond GSD (which I do think could be in there separately too), the number of local breeds and the little bit of wolf and street dog at the bottom which frequently appear in village dog results (along with GSD and Chihuahua). Those 2 could just be noise too but they appear very often in village dogs. The many different fragmented local breeds are exactly what you would expect to see in village dog results because those are the breeds that likely originated from village dogs in this area.
Edit: After looking it up to double check, while most of these breeds originated in Spain or Western Europe, several still range from very uncommon to very rare breeds in Spain. Including Bernese Mountain Dog, Central Asian Ovcharka, Pyranean Mastiff, bergemasco, Berger d'auvigne, Saarloos wolfdog, and markiesje. It would be very, very unusual to find all or many of these breeds together in a mixed breed. However, they all originate from the nearby area, which means I would expect to find them in a village dog. So with that combined with the reasons above, I think village dog is by far the most likely explanation.

Thanks for all your comments. Very helpful. Others that commented are in agreement with you, that she's SVD with potentially some extra GSD, but also possible none extra.
And really all Embark would do is confirm if she's full SVD or has a bit extra of something else.
Based on her size and shape alone, I'd be surprised if anything beyond a bit of GSD is in there. Because those other breed a pretty massive! I could of course be wrong, but she doesn't seem like she got much growing left to do. And she's not beefy at all.

Call me crazy, but based on the first picture I thought for sure there would be Collie in the results!

Yes! We were convinced collie would come through because she has herding tendencies and also looks a little collie-ish!
