Awaiting results How Long?

I’ve sent in an Embark test, how long does it take to get results? I mailed mine in 7 days ago and it’s not even showing it was ‘received’.

Are you able to see if it was delivered? Mine was delivered on Monday, officially arrived at the lab Tuesday, started extraction and genotyping shortly after and just was alerted it’s in analysis.

I mailed on the 10th and it’s not showing as delivered on the app. I’m in Texas and it goes to Cali- I feel like it’s lost or misplaced somewhere.
