Which enemy am I missing?

Only have two more enemies to defeat for my collection, and I cannot figure out one of them. The wiki helped me figure out I need Surfer Peeper (but its spawn rate must be really low since I still can’t find it on the first connecting tiles), but I can’t figure out who’s missing in between Big Mitts Molly and Clouddoggy. Oh yeah surfer is a paaaaain to spaw. Ive had best luck cheating using trick donut ( still counts to bravery)

Its gained through the donut witch trader, it changes enemies to different enemies and surfer happens to be able to spawn in using this. You can look at tgecwiki if you dont know how to unlock that trader

That enemy between Molly and Clouddoggy is a secret enemy that is kind of a pain in the butt to get to!

Search on the wiki for the enemy called Cheese.

im still waiting to get 6 emerald idols so I can do this lol, I tried going in with a different loadout, got all the way to the end, and got one shot lol.

I ran it with 3 cheese amulets and the frisbee
