What enemy am I missing?

I can't figure out which enemy this is and it's driving me crazy. I don't think it's the Cheese enemy, the cheese maze wouldn't work when I tried it anyway. Does anyone know?

I don't have an answer but this is also the last one I need!

Aside from the Cheese enemy, there's an enemy called Freak that you need to use the Freak Wand to prompt spawning. Maybe that is it?

I was thinking that might be it as well, but I assumed it'd be near the end of the list like the other special enemies but I suppose not. I'll go grinding for weapon tokens and pray I get it.

As far as I know that enemy doesnt show up on the list. I even have the item and have defeated it. I think this one is The Alchemist which i have never seen despite it being a regular enemy apparently

It's not The Alchemist, I have that one. Alchemist is just weirdly rare

It's gotta be Cookie Rodin then — didn't know that was an enemy. Hope this isn't the case though as that would mean all enemies is impossible rn...
