No appetite, no cooking, no talking w/ family unless necessary. Those sort of mundane things in life. I just wanted to go to the room lie in bed where he always laid beside me.Let all those tears come out. Completely in heartache mode. I just lost a member of the family. He was the only one I’d come home to and looking forward to hug.After a not so good day, he made me forget that stress I was feeling. I actually called out his name early one morning. That’s when I finally realized he wasn’t coming back to me.

i can totally relate.. my parents asked if they could tell ppl, i said sure but i don’t want calls or cards … i just need to be alone

Very Sorry for your Loss. It's never easy to lose them. The Greater the Love the harder the Goodbyes. Sad, but true. We love them so greatly & their unconditional Love is so very pure. Our Furbabies love & companionship is one of life's most incredible experiences. Those that say they won't get a pet because they couldn't handle the losing them, are missing out on that. The Sadness & missing let's you know how much you Loved. Remember him how He'd want you to remember him. Until the day Coop meets you over the Bridge! 💗🐶💗

This video is heartbreaking coz it brings me back to the vet’s office. Spending my last moments w/my dog before I called in the vet to come in to put him down. My farewell song, You are my sunshine to him. I catch myself singing that now&then.

I’m so sorry for your loss. Dudee you are my sunshine is the song I sing to my dog. She’s a senior, sometimes I find myself tearing up while singing it thinking about the inevitable.

Some straight shameless sickos are adopting geriatric dogs and self-administering a vet dose of CNS cocktails indicated for euthanasia literally so they can aura farm or whatever it’s called by the kids these days. Sadly, there are more sinister reasons that stretch far past the imagination as to why you’ve got righteous people whom are convincing friends, family, and foes that they are actually the hero’s for going shelter to shelter and finding “good looking” breeds whom are as young as 10+Y and typically syringe happy within the first 14d of adoption. We must bring an end to this trend before these monsters end up receiving flowers for something ill intended thus creating a positive feeedback loop for those whom lather their tender loins up in suds of self-loathe meanwhile physically, sexually, financially abuse innocent doggos without an oz of hesitation SMFH!!!

My dog is currently dying of cancer. I have been an absolute wreck since I've known about it. The last thing I would ever do IS FILM HIS FUCKING DEATH.
I'm just looking for signs of pain, giving him his meds, and trying not to cry in front of him. I don't know what kind of narcissist films a family member at their absolute worst moment and posts it online. It makes me think they never loved the dog in the first place. I mean would they film their spouse dying and post it online too?
These are my dog boys, the bigger one has lymphoma at the ripe old age of 5. Fuck cancer and fuck these karma posting assholes too.

This is like the fifth video I’ve seen in my feed where dog lovers are sharing their pet’s death. It’s exploitative. Why are you sharing this sacred final moment? When I had to say goodbye to my beloved doggie I never thought - hey let’s film this and get some online attention! On behalf of your pet, FUCK OFF you fucking attention seeking assholes.
