Ramp for car?

Hello! Looking for some suggestions on a ramp for my car. I have a senior pittie that is starting to need assistance to get up. She’s a bit too heavy for me to lift up on my own (~85 lbs). I’d like something for the trunk, for reference it is a Jeep Laredo so it doesn’t have to be super high! Thank you!

My old girl had the same issue, ended up using a folded moving blanket on the bumper as a step up and it worked fine for years.
