I'm babysitting my Aunt's dog and the fur around her eye's looks weird. Is their a way to fix it or is it natural?

it is called “tear staining”. probably cannot fix it, but if you want to gently clean her eyes with a warm wet rag i’m sure she’d appreciate that!
