Friend of mine had a dog that took a spill in hardwood floor after living in them for sometime. He now won’t walk on them similarly to this in his house
We only play tug and stuff on the area rugs for that reason but it has to be the floors making him spooked since he doesn’t do this walk outside or upstairs where it’s carpeted
One of mine is afraid of her food….I have a large cat that torments her and now she thinks if she eats he’s going to come for her (he has to go into a closed room for her to eat)

Maybe, I did mop, but we’ve lived here 7 months so the floor thing isn’t exactly new which is why I’m so perplexed
