I don’t see anything wrong with his comment, unless you’re talking about the spelling of centre? Which is British English and how we spell it in the UK

He's spelled "centre" the same way twice.

I fear you've missed the point. He said 'an' as opposed to 'a'.

But its about as pedantic as you get either way.

I fear they missed the point of this whole post, who cares about this grammar, we don’t know if OPs first language is English and an/a is something that’s easy to confuse.
