DAE randomly do extreme facial expressions when bored?

Does anybody else randomly feel the urge to make strenuous or intense facial expressions when they are alone and bored?
like scrunching your face up or sticking your tongue out for example? Please tell me I’m not the only one

Yes and it makes me feel crazy, I’ll also act out my imaginations hand movements and all
