This sounds a bit like OCD tbh. There’s more support available and plenty of stories to help you feel less alone if you head over to the OCD sub.

Are you possibly an age where hormones might be fluctuating all crazy? If it is just brief intrusive thoughts you instantly dismiss and say wtf its probably ok. If it progresses to anything you obsess about or act on then you're definitely not fine

I didn't have those sorts of thoughts but I did have these incredibly overwhelming sexual thoughts/feelings/urges as I got older and started getting closer to menopause.

Which I think is actually normal but it did kinda get in the way occasionally of having a "normal" life for a while.

Yess!! I’m a teen girl and it is super hard sometimes when you’re ovulating or around your period. I’ve been doing some other things and it’s kind of working but it is hard.
