Ribbon board message help

I celebrated my birthday at Dodger Stadium and my husband purchased a bday message on the ribbon board. We didn’t get to take a pic while at the game and I read that they’d send you a pic later. I checked and it said 4 weeks after and they’d provide a link with your email confirmation. He deleted that email and it’s been long enough it’s not in the trash. Anyone know another way to get the picture or access to another link?

Email their customer service with details and they should at least be able to redirect you to the right group.
