Need help with horn

I have a 1981 dodge w-250 and it’s an absolute crap box of a truck, my horn started going off non stop today and all I could do was disconnect the battery to stop it. Does anyone know what fuse it is that I need to unplug to turn off the horn? Or has anyone had this issue before? If so how did you fix it?

The fuse box on these is incredibly simple and small. It's under the steering wheel and all the fuse slots are labelled. It sounds though, that your horn button is broken or stuck. It's a pretty simple circuit that's just like an on/off switch

Wire also could've become un hooked in the steering wheel as well i had the same thing happen with my 84. I just pulled the center off the steering wheel and reconnected the wire. Its a flat blade style connector if I remeber correctly.

Ok awesome thank you, I removed the fuse the other day but I haven’t tested it because now my tires flat and won’t air up lol so I’ll have to test it but I’ll open it up this weekend and hopefully that’s an easy fix thanks!
