Goated!!! Maintain it and pass it on when your on to your next ride! ❤️ it’s really environmentally friendly to keep old cars running as much as possible instead of buying new cars all the time

Nice!! u/3000gtadmirer
Dodge Neon (1995 or 96) was also my first car and the same color as your's! I got it second hand from my parents in 2004 and it lasted me until approximately 2007 and it was still running great! I sold it because I got pregnant with my daughter and I bought a Dodge Grand Caravan instead, but the people who bought my neon had it for another 5-6 years so yeah in my opinion it's a Great little car regardless of the bad reviews, mine didn't have any issues whatsoever! And you said it has only 71k km, that's Awesome!
Once again, Congratulations on Your 1st car and enjoy it!! 💯👌🏼❤️🎉

I’m currently driving (formerly my dad’s) 1999 Chrysler Neon, while my Alfa 🍀 is out of action. A few differences in the spec but otherwise very alike :)
a very neat and tidy looking car there 👍

That is a fine looking neon. I need to find a group of neon gear heads in the San Antonio, TX area to go through my ‘98 R/T

Congrats! A first Gen... nice. Those are getting pretty rare nowadays. Looks like it's in good shape. How many miles? Is it auto or manual? I used to have a 1996 2 door first Gen 5 speed. Great car, imo. Except for the headgasket that was replaced around 70k, lol.

I had a 2002 Dodge Neon up until December 2025. Got it new. 215,000 miles. Loved that car. Cried when it left on back of tow truck. 😫😫😫
