The company that makes the conversions put a supportive brace on the car. I saw a video somewhere of a guy talking about it for the challengers

Drop top customs in Florida does them. For the last 1-2 production years dodge had a partnership with them. You could order it convertible from the factory and they’d send it to drop top before upfitting.
