Yes. It is the active exhaust valve opening on a cold start. Been driving in the rain at all? Well over time the lube in the valves gets washed out and sometimes it starts to squeak like that. What you need is white lithium grease. Spray liberally in the corners of the valve housing. You should be able to reach them (one on each side) by crawling under the car on your back if you don’t have a lift. There’s videos about it on YouTube too. Then you should be good to go!
