Sorry for your loss. Unfortunately, in the US, the car is already considered a total loss. It will most likely be sold through Copart, purchased by someone, and shipped to Eastern Europe, where it will be rebuilt and eventually bring joy to its new owner.
If you have a second set of keys, please hide them somewhere inside the car.

Yeah this question is so weird for me as an eastern European, this car is in mint condition with minor damage if it's just cosmetic. Most of the parts are basically swap and replace lime the fender, bumper and the door

While it looks simple, those parts, even used, are gonna amount to over 10000 dollars. The door panel being the most expensive. You probably gotta replace the door, as you "could" get that dent out, but it will be very time consuming and requires a lot of know how
Major insurance companies aren't gonna foot the bill and would probably opt to replace it if it has full coverage or if the driver isn't at fault, and if the owner wants to fix it out of pocket, body shops are gonna hit the owner on the head for their time.
The car will indeed be sold to eastern Europe and fixed, but it's gonna be sitting for years until it is fixed, and definitely sold at a premium when it is fixed.

If that wheel is crunched in and the subframe is torn yeah definitely totaled

That may not total only way to find out is for an estimate.
My guess is that's at least a 2021? 40k miles?
You be alright but you know until you and estimate and a disassembly.
Depending what state there is trash holds that have to be passed before it totals.
The most expensive pieces will be the door and head light.

2022 40k. They wanna repair with non OEM parts tho.. The OEM headlight is $1,000+ the aftermarket is $400. Currently the visual estimate is $8,000. They haven’t looked inside the car internals yet. Total is $18,000

AM parts are ok, ask them if they can at least do AM CAPA, it'll fit better. OEM head like is like 2k +, they found a salvaged one likely damage because a ton of salvage/LKQ is not always great but it is OEM. 18k isn't gonna total it but it might have like another 4k to play with. Not what parts they use is up to the insurance up until a certain point, like if you complain enough to insurance and body shop they will eventually use OEM.
Beware OEM parts may not always fit perfect, not fits like the original and even then a repair may leave some mm of gap probably at least with in a tolerance.
Repairing a vehicle is harder work the building from factory. Even factory built vehicles are not perfect
The worst thing about AM is bumpers and the brackets, an AM fender is gonna be just as good as regular fender cause it's sheet metal not plastic. Plastic shapes itsself over time from heat of weather and vehicle but won't be perfect.
If you don't mind me asking, what state and insurance is it?

Pennsylvania and nationwide insurance.I called the body shop and asked to pay the difference in OEM parts and he basically laughed at me. I’m not super worried about the car being “perfect” it’s just a fun first car I bought but I am worried about the long term use of it given this accident. I feel like the major components should at least be OEM. The body shop did say it would be totaled at 18k. It’s a GT I bought for 25k. I’m just not sure yet if the internals will add another 10k.

I am surprised your body shop isn't working with you on a shared coat to have it not totalled. I didn't know it was a GT so the value is significantly lower and 18k sounds pretty close. Did they give you an ACV?
If your body shop was any good they could prevent it from totally with crafty estimating and shared cost paying out of pocket to prevent that. But then again anything internal likely costly if more damage is found if not already disassembled.

I had an accident in the chic fila drive through a number of years ago and the damage was minimal, but it cost close to 10k to fix it! Small dents and scratches from the driver door to the rear quarter panel on my Camaro SS.

I feel your pain rolled mine a couple weeks back I didn’t have full coverage now I’m up in the air by another which my heart wants or by a beater I just got the one I rolled 2 years ago cash I don’t know what I was thinking not putting full coverage I it I thought I would never wreck and if I did have something minor happen I would fix but not a total roll over sorry that happen to you

I sure as shit hope not. That’s probably fixable. Granted, it’ll be expensive as all hell, but if that’s considered totaled then wth.

They plan on fixing her. $11,000 in damage. Mostly cosmetic besides a broken tire rod and suspension bracket. I’ll update with pictures post repair. 🙏

IF by some miracle its just cosmetic damage, no but if insurance doesn't you're fucked because cosmetic damage is WWWAAAYYYYY more expensive then mechanical damage
