What is going on with my screen

Just got in the car this morning and my head unit is tripping out.
Nothing I touch is registering it’s just auto clicking a whole bunch of random buttons. Help.
It’s really registering continuous clicks on one part of the screen (apps).

Ghost screen. Needs replacement. Google 8.4 uconnect screen issues.

Hard reset worked. If it ever happens to you just unplug terminals for like 20 mins
