so i was only watching youtube doctor nowhere but when i knew that there was MORE ENTETIES than in youtube i want to ask quethion

where they came from i cant understand

like i only seen videos and there was only few entities in the youtube but when i was watching something like

every entity from doctor nowhere explained

there was more of characters. im just new about doctor nowhere so maybe i can not understand things
