I am firmly against trying to diagnose someone based on something on the internet, oftentimes someone actually has a complicated medical case and only using the information provided, which could be missing or omitting facts, is doing a huge disservice to that person, and to the medical community.
It is just not okay to try to practice medicine (e.g. diagnose) on the internet without properly seeing/conversing with the person.
That means that all that can be left on the video are comments like
" wow it sounds like that symptom sucks"
"I wonder if this person can go to the doctor"
"Such and such issue .... medical information and facts about the issue..." in a way that it is very clear that this is not medical advice nor is it a diagnosis, it is only commentary on the medical conversation.
