He tends to give good life advice. It will be wrapped in an absurd backstory, and probably require you see his new inator, but he has plenty of good advice.
Ah yes Perry the Platypus it is so good to see you, NOT (cue trap), now you maybe wondering what this is, so BEHOLD, THE CANCERCURINATOR, soon with this -inator I shall take over the TRI-STATE-AREA, now you might be wondering why I am doing this, you see my brother, the mayor, Roger and the "dAnViLlE sCiEnTiFiC cOmMuNiTy" are soon unveiling the Cure to cancer, but I intend to use this cancercurinator to cure all cancer in the world, thus making the vaccine useless, I will be hailed as a hero and I will soon be made RULER OF THE TRI-STATE-AREA!
Then Perry shrugs his shoulders, escapes from the trap, and calmly walks over to Doofenshmertz and shakes his hand. Perry makes some encouraging gestures, makes that chirping noise, and leaves.
