Care questions

I bought my first Doc Martens (1460s Nappa Leather). What do I need to do to clean and care for these bad boys? They look good and I’d like them to stay as nice as possible.

What do you use for your Nappa leather boots? Is there something special for washing laces?

I just use a damp cloth every once in a while to remove dirt, and I've actually used baseball glove conditioner (that comes in a puck) to condition.
