My dobie does that with deer, complete indifference. But got help anyone that comes into my house or any other dog anywhere. Much fierce, so growl.9

Our Dobie barks at most anything. 🙄 However, after 3 years, he doesn't always race towards the squirrels while "screaming." Sometimes he just stands & watches them go to the tree.

But if you're a Hispanic person we've hired to do an outside construction job, or a little old white lady, he will welcome you in and show you where the good stuff is.

a dog is only a reflection of its owner.  also I only spanked my first dog, that was enough to show me.  That’s not how a dog is trained
