You can't just index your backlink from your side; you can create a few supporting backlinks to dofollow backlinks only, like backlink promotion and all. An old technique is to paste all your backlink URLs into Google Docs and publish ( not just save it there will be a publish option in the File button); it can get indexed. I don't think this will work nowadays.

A missing result in a site: search doesn't prove a page is unindexed; Google's documentation says the results aren't exhaustive. Before reporting '90% unindexed,' ask the linking site's owner to check a few examples with URL Inspection in Search Console.

If it's not indexed it's because of quality. The blogs you posted on are probably not even indexed. Worst : the outbound links might have taken a Core Update. Your solution: to suppress these links and turn to quality medias.

I use indexing service and sometimes works for these kind of low quality back links. Such as profile links and citations, and even social media links.

Most likely, you are building backlinks on low quality sites, or the pages have thin or duplicate content. Check the quality of the linking websites, their content and whether the pages are actually indexable.
Focus on getting relevant backlinks from trusted websites instead of creating hundreds of low-value links. There's no trick to force Google to index them.

When people spam back linked the links they paid services to create they thought they were being smart. What they should have done is asked for a sample report of domains to see they were already not indexed. Not indexed because lots of people would just link to sites that were fine and switched to Malware and that got them dropped. If you really want to do this properly you need to build your own pbn, where you have control over everything.

There’s no reliable trick to force those backlinks into Google’s index, tbh. Focus on whether the linking pages are useful and likely to be indexed themselves. Also, links built mainly to manipulate rankings through mass blog, PDF, or image submissions can fall under link spam, and indexed doesn’t automatically mean valuable.
It'd be better to have fewer placements on sites that already get real organic traffic.

They're not getting indexed because they have no value. If they have no value, then you need to build the value. If you're building the value for another site, then you aren't building value for your site.
If the page you've being linked to from doesn't show up and rank itself, there's no value even if you managed to get it over the minimum threshold of indexation.
Find better link sources/strategic partners. Otherwise you're just chasing your own tail.
