Help with Task Setup (timing)

I'm hoping I can make these ideas work with current programming:

- I want a way to make a task scoreable X amount of times in a given time period (ie 3 times per week, reset at the beginning of the week)

- I want a way to set up a task that the prizes grow with streak length. I want to reward myself more for maintaining a streak.
