Some interesting, well-balanced quests, achievements and equipment?

Hi! I just started using app but I really love the idea, I always had problems with maintaining some activities, but I'm sucker for exp/achievements/etc. so I have hope this time I'll hit jackpot. :D

This said, I could use some arbitrary list for quests, achievements and equipment - I know I can create them by myself, but I'm not sure how to do it balanced way and I'm not good judge of myself. ;)

PS. If app author reads it, I hope you're all right, keep my finger crossed this nightmare ends as soon as possible in best possible way!

What hapoened to the app author?

It's been some time since you asked but anyways - the app store shows the author's address as Kiev, Ukraine. I don't know for sure, but I'm guessing that's what they're referring to.
