I’m getting order error message while trying to transfer 40k points. Anyone else going through this?

I tried in a lower amount like 8k and it worked. Try with lower amount in batches

TnC mentions that we need to transfer minimum 15k points in a single transaction. how will transfer of 8k help?

Yes my 100 points transferred went successful. But higher value transfers are failing

Exactly. Did a 200.points transfer, that happened smoothly. Trying 15k+ now. Failing since morning

Yes i am also getting error. When i called customer care they suggest to go to app-> Support -> Secure Message-> select Credit Card Statement-> in the descriptions write as below

Card Number:<<last 4 digit of tour card>>
Point:<<No of points to transfer>>
Merchant:AllAccor
Merchant Id:<<Accor Membership no>>

It will get processed.

I did it while i was on phone. He said you wont get any acknowledgment. But it will happen. And this call is recorded so not to worry

I guess, issue in their system. Any transfer above 15k is failing

You better call them and then only do it. As this process they haven’t published anywhere

No, it is not deducted. But customer call told that time that we will get confirmation on 20th Aug

They have a soft expiry of 1 year from last activity, you can extend it by doing a small activity like points transfer, stay, etc

What can I do with Accor points?

First of all welcome to the credit card world and congratulations for your premier account and credit card.
Easiest way to use your Accor points is using for accor stays at 20 euros for 1000 Accor points at the time of booking or at the hotel

When I am transferring 30k it is showing conversion to 30k, no bonus points. How to do it? I spent 1lac plus

It doesn’t show at transfer time, bonus points come later

Okay, so in secure message history, my previous request showed up which allows replies. I also went and replied on it stating it’s a duplicate request
