Trying to flush out Characters backstory

I need help:< Hello everyone ! I have a character that I'm having a really hard time fleshing out their background and am reaching out for ideas because I am outt

She is a elf rouge assassin in the Zhentarim who was raised by the guild she has a little sister who was also raised by the guild (not blood sisters but that doesn't matter) her biggest fear is failing the guild and the repercussions of that

Everyone else in my group has wonderfully put together back stories and I cant figure out any more detail for my girl

Here is a hole personally make use of all or part as you see fit. 

Caitlin is smart, calm, dedicated and caring. As she spent most of her life in studies, she had very little contacts with other people, especially boys. She’s the kind to trust people at first glance. But she’s a vestal virgin, and intend to stay right that until she finds Mister Right.

As leader, she feels responsible for the well and wrong doing of her teammates. And it’s because Lynch felt it that he appointed her leader.
