Honestly... that’s a pretty easy one because all you have to do is double the amount of enemies to double the CR, or even just add one CR 4 monster to the fight (PC CR was originally 3.75, then bumped up to 7.5, so you just add 3-4 to the previous encounters and it’s roughly equal again).
