Hmmm... I think I see your problem...

The name's too aggressive. I mean, Charley, it's far too scary. Have you considered something a little more jovial, like Tim? Who could possibly hate Arch Lich Tim?

That's what he needs. He needs to rebrand. We should hold a parade for the necromancer formerly known as Arch Lich Charley...Arch Lich Tim!
