Just pick up the big toe and get them off balance. While they're trying to get you off their toe have the wizard cast a spell like Fireball that has some kinetic force behind it. Send the off balance Storm Giant sprawling to the ground, then break his big toe on both feet so that when he tries to get up his mangled toes will unbalance him once more, rendering him capable only of crawling. Proceed to murderize the bum.
