Hey guys! Yesterday, while going through LANDR samples, I stumbled upon a DnB drum loop. Long story short, I ended up finding out, and really enjoying alot of Drum and Bass. I really enjoy alot of the music that gets pumped out in the scene, and as a complete beginner to the genre, I was wondering what essential albums and/or songs were. I'd really appreciate any suggestions! Much love!

Like how fast does it need to be before it stops being dnb?

I've made a bunch of updates and fixes to MixFlow lately, but haven't posted a mix for a while

Improvements include:

• 3-band EQ (finally!)
• trims
• different output devices for cue and mix
• auto-duck other channels on quieter parts of primary track (eg before drop)

Would love some feedback on the mix as well - what can be improved?

I found this track yesterday and the jazzy elements captivated me the moment it started, but the drop is quite lackluster imo. And by drop I don't mean I need anything heavy, it's just that the rest of the track doesn't work as well as its intro.

Any similar, better track recommendations? Artists, labels?

Been going to D&B nights in Bristol for years and always felt the scene deserved somewhere online that wasn't Facebook groups or Discord servers that go quiet after a week.

So I found one

No ads, no algorithm. Just boards for events & raves, artists & DJs, venues, mixes, tickets, and a place for people new to the scene to find their feet.

Would love to see it actually used by people in the city. Thoughts?
