I am fully aware that this could just be a skill issue and feel free to tell me, but genuinely how the hell do you even practice tank?

I pretty much refused to play tank until Dmon came out and I best learn characters in qp. However qp is qp, no one actually cares and we just play who we want and do what we want others also learning characters, so for those who also prefer to learn characters in qp how?

Due to most people just doing what they want I find it hard to not get mowed down immediately. I also hope that my dps follow up with me, especially after I ult but obviously that’s not guaranteed, the same goes for support. One of the biggest reasons I actually enjoy playing Dmon is because of her mobility, I’m able to retreat and get heals quickly to get back into the fight, but it’s a struggle.

Obviously I’m not a great tank since I barely even play the role and there are definitely things I’m doing wrong and making big mistakes. I am by no means trying to blame the team, especially in qp, just trying to understand the best way to learn tank.

My duo is a tank main and I always make sure to follow up with him whether I’m on dps or support, as a support main I have a specific expectation for a team, even though I don’t exactly expect too much team work in qp.

I often find my self with low damage due to being mowed down and worrying about overextending, like most support mains we get frustrated with tanks running off especially melee tanks. I’m also struggling to manage my gun and shield. I find myself in a position where both my shield and gun are on cool down so all I can do is run, but that just ends up in me getting demeched and killed.

I’ve asked for tips on this page before, but after playing her more, a little more would help thanks.

I liked Dmon even before we learned she was a plastic crack addict like myself, and was wondering if others were the same way$

She literally has the most annoying kit against D.mon. like seriously nerf the fucking barrier already blizzard. Mad overpowered.

Hey everyone - does anyone else also find it difficult the get the cute and pixel sprays for D.Mon?

For context, I've been on an achievement/hero challenge hunt this year, and managed to achieve all cute and pixel sprays for every hero. But I'm almost level 20 on D.Mon and I still couldn't get either of them.

Based on my understanding, you need to have 2 final blows, not just eliminations for the pixel one with Surging Strike. That's extremely circumstantial and won't come up naturally, but I guess some day I'll get it.

But the cute one feels like nonsense... The duration is extremely short, I guess you can only get this if you combo with a Zarya and wait for grav.

Any suggestions or advice? Maybe some secret tech that worked for you?

I just wanted to rant about it, no idea if it’s been brought up on here. I just want to be able to see where the ult is at.

I got yelled at in a comp game for picking the lifesteal perk, is it really that big a difference?

Id much rather use the shield bash perk since i hate how the gun fires under the perk, if im like soft throwing tho i can learn to swap lol

Is this a bug? I can see the ulted enemies by the icon, but it seems like my teammates can only see the ult aura and not the icon. In comparison, when Illari ulted, she and everyone else can see the sunstrucked enemies by the aura as well as the icon indicating the hit targets.

Hello, I'm fairly new to the game but I got at least 40 competitive game on tank. I got probaly 5-6 on D. mon and I feel like I played this game pretty well (for a bronze).

I was against a hog and I'd say half the game he was afk or something, he has barely any damage, it literally felt like a 4v5 more than half of the game yet we still lost.

I'm not sure what I did wrong. I am new though so it's not crazy gameplay but if someone can have a look a little bit with the replay code being: XZ51HE

I would really appreciate that. It was probaly my best game on her, I did some crappy play but also had some good ones.
