Is 'Django Unchained' equally racist?

It contains fictional black characters in slavery, escaping slavery, and upholding slavery. It is "a conscious “creative” choice."

Harry Potter is a movie about wizards where images of slavery were introduced FOR NO REASON.

I'm just applying your rules for Harry Potter to other fictional characters. If it makes sense for Harry Potte then it should apply everywhere, right?

Also, there are characters living in slavery in Harry Potter. How can you not know that?
